Concept: Each time the sommellerie appears, the scenery and costumes are transformed by a master of ceremonies with magical powers!
Context: For this special Bordeaux Futures opening night, three Michelin-starred chefs created a culinary sensation to match some exceptional vintages from Château Angélus. Haute cuisine by Christophe Bacquié, Gilles Reinhardt and Alexandre Baumard.
Creation: Six meticulously-orchestrated sequences with each intervention, with new scenery, costumes, tableware and flower arrangements. Changes in lighting and music were also made, to further enhance the general theme of the evening.
